Vitamin k are of two types, plant source vitamin k also called K1, and animal source vitamin k also called K2. Milk (especially fatty milk) has been found to contain a significant amount of K2.

  2. Option B is also incorrect. Guava also contain small amount of vitamin k, but it is not a rich source.
  3. C is correct; high fat milk has been found to contain a significant amount of K2.
  4. D is not the correct answer; onion has just small amount of vitamin k, and not substantial amount.
